A home away from home Ayia Napa Ionion Seaside is a beautiful 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom villa with large private pool and garden. Located just 100meters from the sea, in a quiet, gated, residential complex in the outskirts of Ayia Napa this spacious house provides easy access to explore the island and enjoy the nearby beaches.

The ground floor features an open plan area with a fully equipped kitchen containing all modern appliances and everything you would require for a cooking just about any meal. The living room is furnished with an inviting modern sofa set, large flat screen TV with a variety of English, European and Russian TV channels, satellite TV and fireplace. On the ground floor there is also the first bedroom with a bunk bed and one single bed as well as a bathroom with a shower enclosure.

The second floor offers a similar bedroom with a bunk bed and a single bed, a family bathroom with a shower and the the master bedroom with a large double bed and en-suite shower room as well as a large balcony with partial sea views.

The outside area offers a mature garden, a large private pool surrounded by grass and trees, two semi-covered patios and a complete BBQ set, garden furniture and sunbeds. The pool is enclosed with a glass rail for child safety and a build-in bar.

This beautiful and warm home is complete with full air-conditioning in all areas, satellite TV and high-speed Wi-Fi.

Just 100meters from the villa there is access to sea through the rocky Ayia Thekla coastline. The nearest organised beach is Ayia Thekla Beach about 2.7km away while Makronissos and Nissi Beach area about 5 km and 6km away from the house in the same direction while Ayia Napa Marina is about 4 km. All the beaches in the area offer crystal clear blue waters and white sand.

The picturesque fishing harbor of Potamos is located within 1 km from the villa and is definitely worth visiting to enjoy a fresh fish dinner with some ouzo meze or simply to watch the fishing boats haul in their catch in their multicoloured baskets.

Ayia Napa, the most cosmopolitan tourist resort of Cyprus, is just 6km away and there you can find all modern amenities and entertainment for kids of all ages including gourmet restaurants, night clubs with worldwide famous DJs, lounge bars on the beach, bars, supermarkets, trendy boutiques, Luna Parks for the kids and much more.

A car is advised for this villa as most of the amenities are not within walking distance but with a car they are only 3-5 minutes away. The whole area is supported by a well organised bus service and the taxis are not expensive.

This property is suited for families. No parties or celebrations of any kind for any reason are allowed without the consent of the host. This is a residential property and we require guests to respect the neighbourhood and keep noise to acceptable and reasonable levels at all times. Failure to observe these rules may result in the guest being asked to vacate the property without any compensation.
