”Saturday morning at 6 am the fire alarm went off. I had worked late the night before and had to go in early that day. When I asked the front desk what was happening, they said the power had gone out on the whole block. For some reason that couldn't be explained to me, the fire alarm was set to go off in a power outage. The fire alarm sounded for the next hour and a half, making it impossible to go back to sleep. Needless to say, I had a miserable day at work on about 4 hours of sleep.”

”Very loud you can hear absolutely everything from within the rooms. Breakfast was just a lot of carbs muffins bagels pancakes and fruit.”

”The room was clean. We did enjoy the pool and jacuzzi. Breakfast was good. The only thing negative would be our shower rod was a little broke other then that it was a very good stay. Id definitely will stay there again.”

Only negative - we wanted to listen to records but the player was only Bluetooth That would not sink w our phone as that was only way to get it to work - To bad it wasn’t a real recited player - sometimes tr h is not always best ! Old school works too - will visit again”

”Front staff on check in was not very friendly (Osama) and was more concerned with getting paid for parking than getting my room key quickly. On multiple websites it gives pricing and clearly states....alll fees included...this isnt the case. One of two elevators was broken and had a large group staying at site. This created long waits to get to and from room. Room was clean but had broken tiles in bath and long black hair on shower walls. Not what I expected for the price. Probably wont be...

”We were in town for a funeral. We were able to check in early which was so appreciated! However-- saw a cockroach in the kitchen area the next morning and then again on the second level staircase... not sure if it was cockroach or beetle...but did NOT stick around to find out!”

”False advertisement about the breakfast. The poor wasn't heated. The hot tub was not working. The manager was nice. The other people at night crew were rude. I'm really upset. You should do something about it for me We had two rooms for 3 days and the breakfast, which was really upsetting. Instead, it was eggs and bacon and sausage, and all that they didn't have c***. They said, no, we don't have that in the week only on the weekend which was wrong on the advertisement or their fault or...
