”The place is very unique and charming. A really amazing experience for a traditional Onsen. The staff are super kind and the service is superb.”

”Beautiful rooms & setting. Very peaceful & relaxing. Both the kaiseki dinner & Japanese breakfast were amazing & the servers were attentive and friendly.”

”Great location. Nice place. Close to train and towns”

”This property is a private appatment, which is fairly obvious when booking. What is not obvious was that it is a very steep climb in the 1km walk from the railway station. The "How to get there" Info made available after booking was very detailed but should include "if you have heavey luggage, take a taxi!".”

”Immaculately clean, good heating in late autumn, having a washing machine in the middle of our 15 day vacation was a dream. However, we had to climb 40 steps to the apartment with luggage to get to the apartment, so be forewarned if you’re not physically fit!”

”Beautiful Rakuten”
