”Everything was great!!! Just lots of spiderwebs on the golf cart we rented!! I just hate spiders. If we come back next year we will be staying here again like the past years. ”

”Couldn’t even make it to my stay because of the hazardous air quality. I was told I’d be getting a FULL refund, yet I’ve spent days calling and hearing nothing but, “The manager isn’t in. Call back tomorrow.”
At some point, it stops being an excuse and starts being terrible customer service. I was really looking forward to my first trip to PIB, but after this experience I’ll be staying somewhere else when I reschedule. God awful customer service, unprofessional management.”

”We loved the property! Absolute beautiful view of Lake Erie! Outdoor swimming pool was clean and wonderful. The room was fairly clean, just needing cleaning for cobwebs. Other than that pretty good!”
