”The good: nice and clean rooms, very nice pools, great steak restaurant with top notch service there. Overall, a nice well maintained resort.
The bad: service at the pool was very disappointing with some rude staff at the bar area. It was also hard to get drinks from the staff. They didn't come around enough and we had to track down wait staff to take our drink orders. The entire pool staff needs better training. ”My family and I had a wonderful time here. We initially booked 2 nights and ended up staying 5 because we never wanted to leave. What stood out the most was the staff and management, they were attentive and dedicated to their Guests enjoying themselves and being comfortable. All of the staff seemed like family, genuinely happy to be there, working together. It brought a great energy to a very special property. Much gratitude to Arturo the manager and his entire staff. We can wait to come back....

”We’ve stay at the Lowe’s Bay Coronado Resort several times and love the peacefulness of the resort and the convenience of the shuttle to the town.
The staff here are very friendly and makes your stay enjoyable.

”First of all the check in took a long time. I had to wait for 2 hours for the room to be ready. Second, I m a clean freak and I saw one of the things they mentioned is everyday room service. However, the people who cleaned the room did not change the bed cover or sheets they just replaced towels nothing else. I was so disappointed. I booked a king beach front with fireplace and every time I take my dog to beach and come back the room gets messy and I had to stay in the mess for 5 days. I will...
