Tule yksi, tule kaikki! Kauppaa pellekengilläsi flippeillä tässä upeassa 3-kerroksisessa Oregonin rannikon lomakodissa! Dancing Seal on monitasoinen koti, josta on upeat esteetön merinäköala kolmannesta kerroksesta "Dancing Seal Lounge". Kolmannen kerroksen aula on nauttinut täydellisen päivän hauskaa Oregonin rannikon puhdasta taikuutta, ja se on täydellinen paikka rentoutua ja katsella jatkuvasti muuttuvaa Tyynenmerta. Dancing Seal on lähellä majakat, sekä Yaquina Head lähellä että Heceta Head Yachatsista etelään, Oregon Coastin akvaario, ostoksia Nye Beachillä, historiallisella Newportin lahden rannalla, gallerioita, ravintoloita ja monia muita kauniita luonnonkaunis alueita pitkin keskusrannikkoamme.

-The property has a beautiful view, but it is very close to 101 (within 6 car lengths). Three of bedrooms are on front side and our kids unable to open windows due to noise from road. I'd be very nervous having kids so close to this highway with 55 mph speed limit and an essentially blind curve.-As a company, they misrepresented the property (no grill or furniture on deck as in photos). Their response: "furnishings can change anytime too much weather for grill on deck". The grill also ran out of propane with minimal use on a holiday Their response: "We provide a starter amount of propane...customer may need to supplement." When called on these basic issues, they come pack with some technicality. They were snippy, unapologetic and unhelpful. Spend your money elsewhere. Spent a lot of our vacation dealing with disappointment.

Amazing Home!

We love this place. It is the second time staying here and we will be back. It is perfect for a couple sets of grandparents and our son. Everyone has something to do and it is an easy walk to the beach. Our only negative was the Arcade was not in the house this time around but still advertised on the website. That was something our son remembered and was looking forward to but overall this house gets a 5+ every time!

Great on the beach home

The home was lovely, and right on the ocean shoreline. Beds were supper comfy, but the stairs were a challenge to navigate. We are in our 70's and had we realized that to access the homes main rooms and master suite it would take all of these stairs, we would have booked elsewhere. If you are young and strong and like a great view of crashing waves and far off whales and fishing boats, this is the home for your vacation.

Family Beachfront Weekend

The Dancing Seal was the perfect location for our family group including great grandparents, toddlers, and dogs! We loved being beach front and the access ramp worked perfectly. If you have mobility concerns or safety with little ones, know that there are a lot of stairs in the house. The kitchen was well stocked and everything worked great! We will definitely book this home again!

Our beach house experiene,

We expected the house was a gorgeous place with its 2 floors of large windows facing the ocean, spectacular third floor bar and primary suite and fully equipped. That’s why it was so disappointing that we found the house was in shabby condition. Apart from the living room sofa being tattered and sagging, and the furniture looking as if it were from a bargain basement store, (especially the 2nd floor bedroom metal cabinet-like furniture) there were some safety concerns. In the kitchen, there was a drawer without hinges which fell when opened. The dishwasher was so old that the bottoms on the utensil holder bins were broken, the silverware fell to the bottom, and the door hinges weren’t working causing it to suddenly fall down, unexpectedly. In order to clean the dishes, we had to run the dishwasher twice. Although the third floor was spacious, with a bar and breathtaking views, the mattress in the primary suite was in such poor condition - it was so concave in the center - that it was impossible for one of our family to sleep on it. The video game setups weren’t working. Several techies in our group were unable to connect the games. And, the walkway to the beach, was overgrown and needs maintenance. In summary, a house in a beautiful setting but not worth the money.

This is a very lovely place with a lot of space. Our family enjoyed our stay. The home was clean and ready for us on time. For future guests - Don't expect any spices or cooking staples in the home. There was only salt and vegetable oil. Make sure you take what you may need. Don't expect internet unless they get their problem fixed. I don't say this to complain; just want people to know. I would stay here again.

Beautiful views. Well equipped kitchen. Great selection of glassware and bar ware. Hot tub location is outstanding and easy to use. Overall bright and spacious feeling in the home. A lovely and welcoming home.

Incredible views and great beach access

The home was very clean upon arrival. Great layout with bedrooms and bathrooms on all three floors. Our family was able to spread out and get some 'quiet time' and have some great time together in the kitchen and living room to cook and enjoy time together. The kitchen and bar are very well stocked - plenty of glassware, dinnerware, flatware, utensils, bakeware and pans. The hot tub, with spa towels, was an added bonus. The view from all three floors is amazing and access to the beach was very easy right from the property (no one in our group had mobility issues). This property is right off Hwy 101 and the traffic noise was a bit noticeable during the early morning hours. A white noise machine to cover up this noise while sleeping would be helpful. All in all, this is a great property and we would definitely stay there again.

Perfect house for a group of 10 creative friends over a rainy weekend!

Plenty of room for 10 adults to gather together comfortably and engage in a range of activities from cooking elaborate, multi-course gourmet meals, decorating Ukrainian Easter eggs, enjoying an adult Easter egg hunt to a mindfulness/ meditation session overlooking the ocean, and a table read of a play complete with props! The third floor cocktail lounge, with spectacular views, provided the ideal space to enjoy creative libations and tasty hors d’oeuvres at the end of each day. We found a large, 8-foot folding table in the garage, placed it on the third floor and set up a crafting area where people could spend time working on their Ukrainian eggs throughout our 4-day stay. The kitchen was better stocked than most vacation rental homes including: An electric hand-mixer, large stock pot for making soups, knife block with knives, many Pyrex baking dishes, serving bowls and platters. If you are a serious cook, definitely bring your own knives and special equipment. The bar has a variety of glasses for wine, beer, etc. but if you are particular about your stemware, and/or serving some special drinks, bring your own. Also, bring ice. The bar is truly a bar including a glass mat, wells for fruit slices, etc. There’s even a cocktail recipe book. We brought our own puzzle that we set up on the living room table, however, there was a good collection of puzzles, and games (including Scrabble and Trivial Pursuit) in the downstairs game area. Though we didn’t use them, there is a ping pong table, air hockey table, and foosball table in the garage. We didn’t use those because it was too cold and not a nicely finished space to hang out in. Unfortunately, three of the drawers in the kitchen were broken and there was a roof leak in the living room. We reported this to management and it all should be repaired. Brianna, the property manager is very friendly. Overall, we had a fantastic time even though it was cold and rainy, and we spent 3 of our 4 days indoors. A great vacation rental house.

Amazing time at this Beach House!

We were really impressed with the house and location to the beach. It was an easy walk for our older parents. The views this house has on several different levels is amazing and my 8 year old loved the arcade, pool table and shuffle board tables (the adults did too). It was perfect for all ages. Thank you for letting us rent this home!
