Need even more space? Our second vacation home, 721 Roscoe, is directly next door and can accommodate up to 12 additional guests. When both homes are available, larger families and groups can reserve the two properties together and stay right next door to one another — ideal for weddings, family reunions, holiday visits, sports weekends, and multi-family trips.

The multiple living areas are especially helpful for larger groups. Some guests can watch TV or relax while others play games, read, work, or simply enjoy having a little extra room.

The fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to prepare breakfast, snacks, or a family dinner instead of eating every meal out.

The dining area gives everyone a place to sit together for meals, cards, games, or planning the day's activities. Coffee and everyday kitchen essentials are also provided to help make mornings easier.

The fenced backyard is one of our guests' favorite features.

It's a great place to relax, grill dinner, enjoy your morning coffee, let the kids get some fresh air, or give your dog room to stretch its legs.

Dogs are welcome with the applicable pet fee. We simply ask guests to clean up after their pets and respect the home and yard.
