Four comfortable bedrooms offer hotel-like comforts (Roku Smart TV in 2 of the 4 bedrooms), and the backyard provides a seating area and a gas grill.

Rowdiness, excessive noise, loud music, etc. are all grounds for removal. Our neighbors are all families who have children.
