”Beds were comfortable. Room was tidy until I found a random coat in the corner of the room. I requested and paid for an extra bed that was filthy with stains on the mattress and coils were very loose and uncomfortable to sleep on. I was given an “oh… sorry” about the coat in the room. We left the coat untouched. Breakfast was not kept warm and staff struggled with food upkeep as there were a lot of guests. The pool had a raw feces scent. ”

”The rooms are clean and functional. The beds are relatively comfortable. There's nothing luxurious, but at the same time, the basics work well. The room included a sink, refrigerator, and microwave. The water pressure was good in the shower, and the towels were bigger and softer than some other budget hotels. For our purposes, the location was convenient and easy to get to. Check-in was a breeze.”

”The staff and room were perfect! We’ve been there before, so we expected to have a good experience. My only complaint really is about the pool area. It was so ridiculously hot. It was hard to stay for very long. It felt like walking into a sauna. Instead of staying for a few hours and enjoying the hot tub, we felt like we could only stay about 20 minutes at a time. I noticed other families did the same thing. The smell of chlorine was kind of strong, so the staff opened the outside door. I think...

”Breakfast options were plenty, we always arrived toward the end of the breakfast time and we had still had all the food available to us. Staff was friendly, maybe didn’t understand what I said when I asked for the main women’s bathroom near the pool to be cleaned. We stayed for 4 nights. It was dirty as if someone had cut their hair (long hair all over floor, counter, and some in garbage can) from the time we arrived until we left. ”The only thing that I was disappointed in was the bed, very uncomfortable! The hideaway bed that my niece stayed in was more comfortable than the regular bed! Other than that everything else was great! Breakfast was awesome! Staff was great! Pool & Hot tub were refreshing! ”

”I cant say enough good things about front desk staff. Very pleasant and helpful, especially A young lady named Paige. She even went to our room after check-in to make sure it was clean! Bad was returning to our room after being out for the day was that by 7:30 pm our room had never been cleaned. I was not happy as I had tipped house cleaning the prior day. Luck for us, Paige did bring us clean towels. Rest of stay was great ”
