7. Cozy 4BD - Backyard Retreat - 3mins to Notre Dame

Northeast South Bend

”We were disappointed. We were delayed checking in by 3 hours due to prior people trashing the place; we do not hold that against the host, they communicated with us. There were only 5 towels for 5 people staying 4 days , no kitchen towels at all and the white bath towels had brown stains. They did bring us additional towels and some kitchen towels. The yard was overgrown and still had some trash in it so we did not sit out back. The place does have AC which worked fine downstairs but no air...

”Host was great to communicate and nice variety of beds in the room. Plenty of space for a group. The one bathroom is a bit on the small side. While I really appreciate how the shower was nice and hot, the water pressure left a lot to desire. We also cooked several meals and would have love some more options for cooking items such as different pans, mixing bowls, etc. But only being two miles from Notre Dame was a huge plus. Would recommend for any group coming in.”

”Lashon was the best host I have ever dealt with on Vrbo! She is incredibly friendly, caring, and genuinely wants your stay to be the best it can be. Her home was beautifully furnished and exceptionally clean. She clearly put a lot of thought into everything a guest might need while getting away from home. The house was extremely comfortable and felt welcoming from the moment we arrived. I would highly recommend staying at Lashon’s place and would absolutely stay there again!”
