”beutiful property at a resonable price. Definately marked for a come-back.”

”We loved our time in ogunquit. The house is very charming and it has everything you need. Even things we didn’t know we needed! Location could not be better. We will for sure be back next summer!”

”This was an absolute treasure of a place and the goat was wonderful. My wife and I stayed for a long weekend and enjoyed every part of the stay. The outdoor little kitchen was a wonderful addition but the view from the deck is where we spent most of our time. The host provided snacks upon arrival and has almost everything you need to just come and relax.”

”Colin was great House was comfortable for 6 of us Good place !!”

”Very cute, perfect for us and our pup.”

”Amazing location with everything we needed. Couldn’t ask for a better spot.”

”Such an excellent and beautiful updated property- better than the photos even. The location was perfect, and such a well-equipped location! Probably best I’ve had and I’ve rented a bit. Owner was kind and very communicative during our stay! We were sad to leave but planning to be back next year! Thanks so much!!”

”Looking for a place on water this rental is the perfect location ”

”We had a wonderful stay in this cottage. The home was very clean and in a perfect location, just a short drive from restaurants, shops, Ogunquit and Kennebunkport. Our only complaint was that we visited during the heat of the summer and the one window ac unit didn’t quite cool one of the bedrooms. Overall, this was a pleasant spot for our group of five!”

”We stayed at this property for a second year in a row and it was great once again!! The walk to the beach is so convenient and the house was very clean. We had some pretty intense thunder storms during our stay which led to power outages in the area. The host, Mike, was extremely prompt in his responses and made a point to check in on us which was very kind. We’ll definitely be back!”

”The house was clean and comfortable. The views are awesome. The beach is a short walk away and there is a lobster/ice cream shop between the house and beach. Excellent location. Communication with the host was flawless. The nature reserve out back was an added bonus and we enjoyed our nightly visits by the deer. There were multiple families of ducks right across the street as well.”

”The property is beautifully decorated, clean, well supplied & in excellent condition. The kids thoroughly enjoyed the game room & we all loved sitting around the fire pit & several used the hot tub. We definitely recommend Walking the Marginal Way, (the scenery is spectacular) & shopping in Ogunquit & Kennebunkport. It was an excellent choice for a family reunion!”

”Great stay! We were traveling with 4 adults and 3 kids (6, 3, 1) and the house worked perfectly for us. It’s a 3 story home. You walk into the first floor with 3 bedrooms, walk up a set of stairs for the master bedroom, kitchen and living room, and then another flight of stairs for a playroom area. The home was extremely kid friendly with games, plastic kitchen stuff, beach toys, etc. It had comfortable beds and was clean.”

”Beautiful home and a fun location to be able to take walks in the neighborhood and down to the shopping area and water. Wishing we would have had more time as we only had time to stay one night. We really enjoyed the large kitchen and dining room for a big family meal together.”

”GREAT property in a great location! Perfect for us to have as a central base for discovering different little beach towns each day. The property is so well done - love the decor and all of the special touches! Brandon is a great and thoughtful host. He left desserts for my retiring husband! (Go to Paris bakery!)We had wonderful meals at Mabel’s, the Boathouse, and Chez Rosa! Shopping and galleries are amazing! Coastline, character, old houses - priceless! We absolutely loved coming “home” after...
