A private, gated driveway leads up to the cabin, nestled off a wooded summit and separated by a beautiful walking bridge. A wrap-around deck provides views of a seemingly endless forest. A large gravel parking area provides for fantastic star gazing on clear nights. A fire pit surrounded by four comfortable Adirondack chairs can be accessed via stone steps from the cabin or the parking lot. Unique to Hocking Hills is the separate sauna and bathhouse on the backside of the cabin. Must be 25 years or older to rent. AWD/4WD recommended in all seasons.

We had a great couple of days here the fall leaves were beautiful. We thoroughly enjoyed the decks and the fire pit area was our favorite spot. I’m pretty picky about cleanliness and everything was very clean. We watched a movie on the projector and the cooked breakfast in the fully equipped kitchen. We had a little problem with Google maps taking us to the wrong place. I sent a message and they were very quick to get back with me.

Everything was very clean! Home was the perfect size for us.very remote location and beautiful surroundings. Was told two or three days before our trip that the projector wouldn’t be working which is one of the top reasons we chose this home-the theatre room. They offered a small discount, brought my own projector and hooked up…but kind of a pain. All in all was a very nice stay.

Excellent location, excellent cabin, excellent sauna, many small accomodations, however.. home theatre in basement didn't work, water really stinks due to well water but it is a cabin afterall. Hot tub very clean but one turbo button was broke and lights didn't work. Very clean and decor very nice... I would rent again!

Relaxing Week

We had a great time staying at this location. Cabin was perfect for our family. My teenaged daughters had enough space for them (when they needed it) and my husband and I got to enjoy all the amenities offered. Loved the time here- so peaceful! So sad our trip is over. Would 100% recommend.

The house and property were amazing! We had no issues. Everything was very clean! The kitchen was stocked very well. A great extra touch were robes that could be used when getting out of the sauna and hot tub! The kids loved the fire pit and large screen in the basement for watching movies. I spent many hours disconnecting from everything and just reading on the amazing deck. It was quiet and tranquil to just sit and listen to the birds.

Hocking Hills Hospitality

What an awesome place! Beautiful and clean inside. We had plenty of space for the six of us. We took full advantage of the fire pit (and smores) and the hot tub was a great place to watch it rain and the sway of the trees. Plus, the place is only 16 minutes from Old Man's Cave and great hiking!

Relaxing weekend away

We had a wonderful time at the cabin over a long weekend. Even got a snowy Hocking Hills day which was magical. The hot tub and sauna were definitely highlights of the stay. We had a couple of glitches while there that were quickly remedied. It is well water, so some sulfur smell is a possibility. The property managers were quick to take action and even plowed out the drive after the beautiful snowy Sunday!

Spent Christmas week in Hocking Hills, hiking and relaxing at the house. Happy to see Christmas trees and decorations in the house. Location is Central to all the trails and quiet back in the woods. Had a wonderful week.

Fantastic cabin

Girls annual trip. This cabin will now be our annual girls trip weekend cabin. We have stayed in quite a few and this one is outstanding. The theater. game room was spectacular.

Great cabin tucked away in the woods

Our stay was great, we were there for 2 nights. When we arrived our AC wasn’t working, but the managers of the cabin were able to send someone out and have it working by 9 pm. Our WiFi also didn’t work much all weekend. We were hoping to have some college football games on, but weren’t really able to do so. I get we’re in hocking hills, but they advertise working WiFi, and it wasn’t working. Definitely should upgrade their pillows. Bring your own for sure. The space was incredibly clean and private. There was plenty of room and the four of us were comfortable. We definitely would consider returning

perfect for relaxing the hot tub and sauna were great after a day of hiking, everything we needed for cooking and the theater room was awesome!! Would stay again, only thing there was no washer/dryer or iron and ironing board

Great Cabin in the Woods!!

The pictures dont do it justice!! This is probably our favorite VRBO rental to date!! It was enough off the beaten path to let us relax, but close enough to the park and Logan for stuff to do! We pretty much lived on the back porch. It was a great place to drink coffee in the morning, watch a family of wild turkeys in the afternoon, and listen to spooky podcasts at night! The cabin really made our first time to Hocking Hills special! Rent this place, you wont be disappointed!!

Really enjoyed our stay!

We really enjoyed our stay… our families stayed here and at dolce vita which are connected by a path. It was perfect for our extended family vacation. Took the family out hiking at ash cave and rock house, perfect for our older (65) and younger (2) travelers! The accommodations were well stocked with supplies and everything needed. Loved the hot tub and updated bathrooms. Good location. The only sour part of the trip was the broken Roku remote in the movie room.. so we couldn’t use the movie room. They were responsive when we reported the problem but we never got a new remote. Also, if you struggle with the odor/smell of well water, this water was very sulfur smelling and I wouldn’t recommend staying.
