”The cottage was extremely well equipped and super clean. We found the kitchen well stocked with all the basics, bathroom with lots of towels, and everything we needed. The backyard is beautiful, snuggled in a quiet area, while Southampton is only a 10 min drive away.”

”Our stay at this cottage has exceeded our expectations! The cottage was very clean, with all of the rooms being cozy and tidy. It is very well stocked with anything you might need during your stay. There is plenty of entertainment inside and out - TV, books, board games, large backyard with a fire pit. It is located about 5 minutes away from the beach by car, with a shopping plaza and restaurants just down the road (by car). We had a wonderful stay! Absolutely recommend!”

”We recently stayed at this outstanding cottage with our multigenerational family of 10, ranging from age 3 to 80 - and it couldn’t have been more perfect. The property is truly idyllic, offering every high-tech convenience you could imagine along with many thoughtful touches like the great coffee table books and the s’mores kit left for us by the owners.We all loved the pool (especially great for young kids), the hot tub, sauna, and evenings by the outdoor fire watching the beautiful sunsets....

”We had a great time staying here. Beds were comfortable and everything we needed was there. The game room is fun and clean and the few minor issues we reported were rectified quickly by very friendly people. Pro tip: there is a nice little store only a 5 minute walk away that has a great selection of items that is very reasonably priced. We had more ice cream than we should have but we were on vacation so it doesnt count. We will return to this beautiful little cottage. ”
