”The place was adequate for the price in the Newport area. It is close to Newport The room was clean , but very 1970s. The office doesn't open until after 10AM. There was a coffee maker in the office, but I had to drive to Dunkins,down the road to ge5 coffee in the morning. A coffee maker in the room would have been nice the refrigerator and microwave were a plus.”

”The Inn was lovely. The room was small, but authentic and fine. The problem is the food service is very spotty. The restaurant has limited hours and days- no breakfast except on weekends. Also if you have a room on a Monday, most of the day and all night there is no one working at all- you are alone! And on Tuesday when we needed to check out, there was no one working. We had to leave the keys in an unlocked room. ”

”We should have heeded the sign in the lobby that said if you were unhappy with your room, to please let them know within 15 minutes to avoid being charged. The front desk person was friendly, that was really the only good thing. The room was not well-cleaned. The fridge had a huge sticky stain. We bought clorox wipes to disinfect it ourselves because the housekeeping staff seemed disengaged and smelled like smoke very strongly. The common areas also smelled like smoke. Outside smelled like...

It was a great walkable location and I would totally visit again. We opted not to do the breakfast because there were so many walkable spots nearby but love that it was offered”

”If you are looking to stay near Bowman’s Warf this is the perfect place. It’s quaint, quiet and the breakfast is delicious! They were so helpful and friendly and I will be returning! This Inn is in walking distance to the free trolley service and shopping.”
