On this leafy piece of property dappled with the shade of mature trees, you'll be close to beautiful beaches, golf courses, charming villages, even the Cape Cod Rail Trail a few blocks up the road. Spend your days swimming in Nantucket Sound at Sea Street and Haigis Beaches (three miles), cheering on the Yarmouth-Dennis Red Sox at Red Wilson Field (three miles), and taking day trips across the Cape with easy access to Routes 6 and 28.

With its large windows and soft, neutral color palette, this home is a bright, relaxing respite after a day spent out in the sun. There's a well-equipped kitchen for preparing meals as a family, an assortment of board games to set up at the dining room table after dinner, and a 43-inch smart TV in the living room for movie nights. And while you won't have a washer/dryer here, complimentary WiFi is provided for your entertainment.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
