”Severely disappointed. The only thing that made me stay tonight was the staff. Roderick was very friendly, accommodating, and he was rolling with the punches all night to make sure the guests were happy. The room was full of bugs and condoms. ”Nice hotel, well-maintained.
The shuttle service on international arrivals is a problem. When arriving at the International F concourse, there is no direct shuttle service to the hotel. Therefore, you waste 45 minutes taking an airport shuttle from the F gates back to the domestic gates, which passes right in front of the property, simply to wait for and take another shuttle to the hotel (or spend $30 on an Uber).

Staff was very professional and extremely helpful. All of my requests were handled quickly and with more courtesy than I expected.
I did not like the breakfast options, but that was more than made up for in amenities, accommodations, professionalism, convenience, and really fast Internet.

”The property is beautiful and has so much potential. I did enjoy my stay. I lived the fact that there were restaurants on the property, especially Starbucks. I feel that they could have done a lot more in terms of keeping the property clean. I had a spill stain on my floor.
