”Excellent hotel and staff. Location was great for us. A lot of sights nearby within walking distance, but also good connections with MRT (bus and metro). We stayed for one week at a club level room, which we can warmly recommend. The room was spacious, clean, luxury amenities, laundry service was a nice bonus and even the view was great, facing the Arab Street. The club lounge became another home far away from home. After the first morning, we had the rest of our breakfasts in the lounge. What...

”Ensimmäisessä huoneessa ei toiminut ilmanvaihto, onneksi sain uuden paremman huoneen. Hotelli on miellyttävä tyyliltään ja arvostan ulkotilan tuntua aulassa ja käytävillä. Tunnelma on kuitenkin enemmän Disneyland kuin Banyan Tree. Uima-allas aivan liian pieni ja tungoksissa. Aamianen todella huono ja sielläkin liikaa tungosta.”

”The hotel left us with very mixed feeelings. The facilities have seen their best days and the overall impression did not live up to 5 strars, maybe not even 4.
The reception staff were very friendly and professional, as well as a couple of the restaurant staff, but most of the staff seemed like they have never worked in a restaurant or in any customer services profession before. At breakfast many of the items run out well before the end of the breakfast time, and when asked, the replies were...

”The front desk staff was very friendly and welcome us with an upgrade due to my husband birthday. The hotel also arranged for cake and sweets to be delivered to the room which delighted us. Nice gesture. It was great that the mini bar is free as well. . The slight comment i have is the shower bath, the tiles are yellow n looks mouldy. Dont really like the sight. Rest of the room was great. Breakfast was average as i feels that the items on semi buffet should be warmer, some are abit cold and not...
