It's is the best time to visit the Catskills! Crisp nights, fresh apple cider, U-pick farms, bonfires, and picture-perfect fall foliage. Get outside and explore our trails, parks, and lakes or visit the local casino or indoor waterpark.

You will feel right at home in this spacious & comfortable house. Located on a quiet block close to many exciting attractions, this is a great place for four- season recreation.

Enjoy all the comforts of home at this spacious and comfortable Catskill Mountain house. The house was recently refreshed to ensure an enjoyable stay. We plan to continuously upgrade/ add amenities to add to your experience!

No need to pack up your entire house- we provide clean towels, linen, and basic kitchen necessities as well as soap, shampoo and a washer/dryer. We have excellent Wi-Fi and multiple laptop friendly workspaces.

Out front, the house has a l driveway that can fit multiple vehicles. There is a nice size yard for playing ball or relaxing. The backyard has a mix of open space and some woods, and is partially fenced in. It features an outdoor dining table, BBQ grill, and firepit.

The main level is extremely spacious, with many comfortable rooms to enhance your stay. The rotunda offers high ceilings with wooden shiplap ceilings and houses a family area, dining area, and kitchen, all with views of the lush backyard through the doors and windows. Cook up a storm in the beautifully renovated kitchen featuring stone countertops, stainless steel appliances, and ample cabinet space. The kitchen offers a fridge/freezer, double oven, cooktop, dishwasher, toaster, and microwave. We may not have every gadget that you have in your kitchen, but we should have enough to get you going with basic pots, pans and utensils. We have a full set of cutlery, mugs and dishware. We provide a Keurig coffee machine, starter K-cups, tea bags, sugar and creamer. The large living room features a sectional couch and a flatscreen smart TV. Get your work done while on vacation in the home office or kick back in the sunroom and enjoy a game of foosball.

There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms in the house. The mattresses, pillows, and blankets are super comfortable.

Bedroom #1

This is the master bedroom. It has two full-size beds, an en-suite bathroom with a shower and a walk-in closet.

Bedroom #2:

Offers two full-sized beds.

Bedroom #3

Offers two twin bunk beds plus a twin trundle, for a total of five beds.

We have air conditioners in each room, as well as baseboard heating throughout the house. There is a laundry room in the basement for your convenience.

Pets are allowed case by case, please let us know in advance if you plan to bring one. If you bring a pet, an extra $300 per pet fee will be charged.

We strive to make your stay as relaxing and comfortable as possible. We have a caretaker that lives nearby in case anything is needed. We always listen to suggestions to keep improving the house and the supplies that we offer. Our guidebook offers recommendations for local restaurants, activities and attractions.

Guest access:
You will have access to the entire property and to the whole house, besides for the garage and a few locked closets.
