The house was clean, well equipped and very comfortable. The host was communicative and responsive and our kids had a great time on the play structure, the trampoline, the pool and the extensive grounds. We had a lovely visit.

Beautiful house located less than 10 minutes from the Kartrite Waterpark. The trampoline in the back was a huge hit with the kids— kept them busy for hours. Love the multiple bathrooms and open concept, which made it easy to watch the kids playing inside. All in all, a great choice for families!

Just as advertised. Fantastic place.

Our family vacation was perfect and this place had everything we needed for us, our kids, and grandkids. Kid friendly backyard, great deck, more amenities than you normally see in a rental house, and a lot of family things to do in the area. We highly recommend it.

A lovely home

This is a beautiful, well appointed property. If you are looking for a quiet break from reality, this is the place! Shirley was more than accommodating and the Evolve team was quite responsive as well. Loved it.

I liked the home .. the only complaint is no bedroom dressers.. we had to leave our clothes in our bags on the floor … the kitchen was fully equipped , the back & front Porches were well appointed … the house did have flies due to road construction .. not anyones fault.. we had a good time regardless …

I booked this house to celebrate my daughter's 7th birthday and it was amazing. Despite a minor issue when we got there, it was resolved asap and we had a blast the rest of the trip. The home is very spacious and well equipped with toiletries, etc., in case you forget to bring your own. The kitchen is very spacious and had plenty pots, pans, spices, and a lovely refrigerator. I love that there are 4 bathrooms, especially since it was 10 of us! The fire pit in the backyard was enjoyable, we used a duraflame log and were able to make s'mores. The neighbor Vlad is super nice. House was very clean and we would definitely stay again.

Great house, undesirable location

This home is roomy and exactly as pictured. It is located on an heavily wooded, unpaved road. The front porch is actually the basement level. There are steep steps to the first floor, living room/kitchen area. If there are young children in your family, bring safety gates. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped, the bathroom showers have plenty of hot water but 2 of the 4 bathroom sinks are incredibly small. There are TVs only in the family and dining rooms, none in the bedrooms. There are no dressers or shelves in any bedroom, so be prepared to live out of your suitcases. The yard is perfect for children, but surrounded by woods and not fenced in. The deck is beautiful and fenced in. Hope for good weather because the town of South Fallsburg offers very little to nothing in the way of things to do. The area is deeply religious. We travelled 20-40 minutes for suitable family activities.

A country getaway near kids activities

Good: - open concept nice to be together and allow the adults to see the kids playing - Kitchen amenities are good - Grill was great to cook, but there was a lack of bbq tools - Outside deck was very nice and seating with the fire pit was pretty and warm - bedrooms and bathrooms clean and comfortable, fans at night kept us cool - Many board games - though pieces were all mixed in other boxes so nothing could actually be played correctly. But kids found a way to play. - Pool was clean and had floats to play. However one of the kids had a hive reaction all over her body after swimming so we couldn’t use it after that. - Swingset was good for both kids to play. Although bees were around and one of the kids was stung on the swings. - Many activities in the area that entertained the kids - legoland, kartrite waterpark, and family fun farm. Bad: - all the showers had issues. Either faucets falling off, handles put on so the temperature couldn’t be adjusted properly, or doors didn’t close. - Trampoline was ripped and had caution tape all around when we arrived. This was very unfortunate as it was the main reason we chose the property. Overall we enjoyed our stay as a group of 2 families with young kids. It would have been nice to enjoy the outdoor amenities more but we found ways to keep entertained. The last night the neighbor came through offering the girls to use his trampoline which was a highlight for the kids.

Perfect!

We had an amazing stay at this home. It was SO CLEAN (like, "has anyone ever been in this house before" clean.) There were so many glasses and plates for all of the eating and drinking we did all weekend. There was even an additional tiny room (not listed) that we used for my son in his pack and play so we didn't have to double up. The backyard was awesome, we even made a fire one of the nights for smores. 10/10, would stay here again!
