Our cozy, rustic cabin on the banks of the Rio Grande River is the perfect retreat for nature lovers and outdoor enthusiasts, with 1,000 feet of river access to the Gold Medal Waters of the Rio Grande River. The proximity to Wolf Creek Ski Area and the Rio Grande Golf Course makes our home an ideal destination for fishing, skiing, and golf enthusiasts. The circular drive makes our home the perfect UTV/ATV trailer parking staging area.

Our split-level cabin provides a comfortable and nostalgic getaway. The cabin's main level features the living room, kitchen, full bath, and stairs leading to the loft bedroom. Enjoy the Colorado sunsets from the riverfront deck as the sun dances along the riverbanks. The second ground level, with its one separate entrance, provides direct access to the second bedroom and a full bath, washer/dryer, and coffee bar.

The proximity to the river brings a unique experience, especially during late spring and early summer when Mayflies and Salmon flies are present. It is the perfect location for fishing enthusiasts with direct access to the Gold Medal Waters of the Rio Grande River. Although the Mayflies and Salmon flies are harmless, they are thick and present during this time of year.

Our cabin is the perfect escape for those seeking a mix of outdoor adventures and rustic charm. Our cabin offers it all: fishing, skiing, hiking, ATV riding, golfing, or just unwinding in nature.

Our home is pet-friendly! We allow a maximum of 2 dogs, and the pet fee is $40/day (for a max of $250 per stay).

Please note that, like most properties in the area, this home does not have AC, as it is uncommon for homes at this elevation. Temperatures inside the property are easily managed by using fans and opening the windows at night when temperatures drop into the 40s.

Book 7+ nights and a 10% discount is automatically applied (does not apply during Christmas/New Year's and 4th of July holidays).

Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes to stay dates, including changes that result in a shortened stay, are not permitted within 30 days of arrival, and any will result in a penalty. Cancellations or changes made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date forfeit the entire reservation amount, while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days before your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days before the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.
