”Our room was not clean at all. Toothpaste and hair was on the bathroom counter and the floors clearly had not been mopped in a while. It didn’t look the rug had ever been vacuumed. The AC unit barely blew cool air so our room was warm the whole weekend. Not to mention check in started at 3 and at 3:15 our room still wasn’t ready to be check into. Not a great experience at all.”
