”We only stay over night between flights. We were extremely impressed by the staff. Every encounter was friendly, polite, helpful, and welcoming. Both shuttle drivers were beyond pleasant. Desk staff smiled, had pleasant personalities, and were extremely helpful. The restrooms (in room & in lobby) were clean and stocked. Housekeeping held open elevator doors while wishing us a pleasant evening. The room was clean, neat and stocked. All employees treated these two weary, tired and frazzled...

”Like staying there but their business room was pretty broken. Wanted to use computer to run off a couple of things and it wouldn't start up. Had girl from the front desk to look at it. She got it started but said they had a power outage recently. Tried to use printer and didn't work at all. These items were important to us. We managed but made life more difficult.”

”My room was nice, clean, and comfortable. I noticed the elevators needed cleaning in the corners and around the edges. Looks like a mop only hit the center.
Went down for breakfast this morning and lady walked out and said, “we will be open in a few minutes. Sign says, 6:30 am but floor had just been mopped and was wet. It was 6:30. No one in there.
No coffee stand so fixed a cup of decaf in the room. Didn’t really want decaf…..checked out and went out to breakfast……”
