The cleanliness was below my expectations.

”I was unfamiliar with the area, and the staff readily helped me and my son find a wonderful restaurant to dine at for dinner and then the next day a delicious restaurant for breakfast. They also helped me figure out how to use uber to get to the concert we had tickets for and helped us with ancillary food needs. And the late-night attendant helped me figure out my room's TV remote that was unfamiliar to me. Our rooms were off a quaint plant surrounded staircase. I will most definitely stay...

”Rooms are clean and nice and quiet. I would have liked to be able to directly purchase the small area of snacks located near front desk. I don’t like putting on my room tab, so I was thirsty the whole time I was there. I wanted water. I think parking should be free, not $15/day. The pool looked very clean, and the hours are good for it. It’s open until 10pm.”

”Rooms need upgrade, no closet, no safe to put valuables, no tea/coffee maker, no mini fridge, no microwave. What the hell!!The bathroom doors slide open spontaneously during a shower.
I liked the linen cabinet, so guests can get whatever they need without waiting for 'housekeeping". Great idea.”
