”All the staff were very friendly and everywhere was clean and tidy. If you were later than 09.00 am for breakfast, the choice was not so good than if you had turned up earlier, that was our feeling. The Saturday evening meal was not totally satisfactory because there was not enough staff and we booked a table at 20.30 but did not eat until 21.45. The server did his best but was over powered with the demands of trying to keep up with the orders. Maybe the kitchen staff were understaffed as...

My bedroom was large, comfortable and beautifully decorated with everything you would need in a bedroom/ensuite. ”

”We travelled late so arrived after dark. I hadn't read the Sat nav directions before leaving so unfortunately we got a little lost but staff at a nearby pub pointed us in the right direction. Well signposted but unlit at the driveway entrance and this would have really helped. Better signage on site would also be greatly appreciated. As I'm disabled your warning about the steep entrance steps and alternative ramp entry were greatly appreciated. We were met by the most wonderful receptionist...
