”Great, helpful and friendly staff!!! Great price and location. Only issues were very minor, and any issues that were addressable were immediately remedied. We were also aware before arriving that the pool is no longer available, although it is not physically removed as of yet. Note that it is a slightly older hotel, so if you have mobility issues, be sure to request a ground floor room, since there is no elevator to the second floor. There is a small cafe room serving (in the morning) free...

Beautifully decorated and everything you need, but... it is more like a modular 4-apartment home / b&b - no ocean view, at the end of a dirt road (lots of dust), but a few deer met us as we unpacked. We were skeptical at first, yet pleasantly surprised with our stay. I highly recommend, so long as your expectations are set.”

The view of the water and Down East coastline was especially spectacular from the upstairs bedroom. The property is private and safe! We loved our stay!!! Highly recommend this property!!!! The only suggestion I would make is to pay a little more attention to the cleanliness of the carpets and floors. Overall, we had a great stay and enjoyed our experience.”

”Very friendly staff. Location is picturesque. However, the place is not conducive for elderly people. Value for money is low- For the price you pay you are just getting a barebones tent- for everything else (except coffee and tea) you have to pay additional and run to the lobby for getting stuff. The water in the tent is HOT.. taking a shower burns your skin. The bed and mattress is subpar- squeaky and soft. If you plan to book the place- carry everything you need. Definitely carry a sleeping...
