”The house was very dirty. The kitchen is ill prepared no pots and pans that match lids. Very little cook cooking equipment. The refrigerator was leaking. The dishwasher did not roll on rollers. The rugs in the kitchen are filthy. The toaster did not work properly. The back sliding door does not lock the inside door of the small bathroom downstairs was utterly filthy. The outdoors gardens have not been kept up. I would call it a dump.”

”House is located in q quiet neighborhood but close to restaurants, shops, and attractions. Very comfortable rooms, well appointed kitchen. Private back yard. Host was easy to communicate with.”

There was a bit of road construction that made it challenging to get to and from the house at certain times of the day. Wish the second bathroom had a shower but we made do. We had a great stay in this adorable home, every inch of the house was incredibly clean and inviting - beautiful coastal decor and we especially appreciated the little touches that made us feel welcome, like the folded towels on the beds with waters for each guest. ”This was the perfect place for our 5 day Cape getaway. Located very centrally on the cape. Close to everything! 10 minute walk to local beach and less than 5 minute drive to other beaches. AC was a plus! Grill on the deck was put to good use as well. The outdoor shower is clean and great. There were 3 of us and place couldve accommodated 3 or 4 more. Host was easily communicated. Would stay again 100%.”
