Tämä historiallinen hurmuri rauhallisella alueella vie sinut lähellä kaikkia South Havenin mukavuuksia. Kävele keskustaan nauttimaan ravintoloista tai ostosmahdollisuuksista tai South Beachille ja Kids Corner Park -puistoon, molemmat mailin päässä. Annual family to South Haven

Large home with plenty of space for everyone. Very clean, nice back yard. Allowed our senior doggie to enjoy the trip too. Neighborhood is beautiful! Enjoy!!

Beautiful spacious home

This is a wonderful home. Great location. Very clean. Plenty of entertaining spaces. Nice sized bedrooms and bathrooms. Very well appointed with linens and supplies. Close to beach and downtown. Oh and I can’t say enough about the air conditioning. Awesome. However the most awesome part was the host who literally saved our vacation when our original rental was cancelled abruptly. So kind and willing to accommodate. Thank you Sally! Both of the families who stayed are considering a return visit.

Yearly Family Vacation

We had a great time staying at the Americana! The house was clean, lots of sunlight, great air conditioning and a huge backyard. The pictures really do not give this place justice, it’s so much bigger than it looks on the pictures. We had 2 families, 11 adults total, plenty of room and everyone loved how charming the house is. Kitchen was fully stocked and all 11 adults fit at kitchen table. Communication with Sally was detailed, we received all information, and Sally answered all questions promptly. Great location to beach and town, bonus that they have so many beach items we can use! ! Even our dogs enjoyed the stay! We will defiantly be back!

Beautiful Historic Home

We had a great time as a family in this beautiful home. The kitchen was supplied with everything that we needed. More than enough paper supplies. Beautiful hardwood floors and moldings. Close to the downtown area and within walking distance. Very safe neighborhood. We would definitely recommend and stay there again. Plus this home is dog friendly! There were 10 of us in total. 8 adults and 2 children under 5. Check this place out!

Family vacation

We had a great stay in the house with a family of 9 plus one small dog. Charming, older house, very clean. We loved spending time in the backyard, having family dinners and just relaxing. Very close to town and the beach. One suggestion is to have the house rules/information printed out for the guests upon arrival.

Great location!

Great stay!

House was very clean. Kitchen is new and the rest has old house character and charm. Huge kitchen table that fit all of us very comfortably - my favorite part. Great backyard. Super easy walk to town.

Another great vacation at a home away from home.

Second year in a row we stayed at this property. As before the home was wonderful in every way. Clean, spacious and plenty of everyday things normally needed such as towels, kitchen/dinner ware. And....very quiet! Nice backyard too. Close to main shopping area of South Haven (just a few blocks) and within walking distance to the beach. A "character" house built with craftsmanship you don't see anymore. Grandkids eagerly came with because they remembered staying here last year and enjoying themselves. Highly recommend.

Fun Getaway

We enjoyed our stay at Americana. It was exactly what we were looking for. We had lots of teens coming and going and needed an assortment of beds- just what we got!! Very good entertaining house. Nice to be able to bring our dogs. Backyard was spacious enough to play yard games and enjoy a nice cookout.

Great location, cute house

The house was very clean and had lots of room for us. The backyard is cute and was nice to have somewhere to sit and relax. It is a short walk to downtown so we were able to walk most places. We had 3 couples and all had their own room and bathroom which was nice. Plenty of towels and linens and the washer/dryer was nice to have. They have chairs for the beach and coolers but we did not use them, they were easy to see and available. Overall we had a great stay and would stay there again.

This was a great home in a lovely neighborhood. It is an older home with character with updated kitchen and bathrooms. It is walkable to downtown South Haven. We really enjoyed the stay.

Nice Older Home With Lots of Charm - Close to Town

Nice older home in peaceful neighborhood close enough to Pheonix street that you can walk to shop, eat or even go out to beach area. Sally was great to work with and answered what questions we had very quickly via text. She even went above and beyond and helped us locate a phone charger my son left and was willing to send it to me once we got home. If you enjoy older houses with little nooks and crannies to escape to this one might be worth checking out.

Labor Day Weekend

We had a great weekend celebrating my sister’s 60th b-day with friends and family over Labor Day weekend. The house was just as it’s described. The beds were comfortable. We enjoyed the private backyard with campfire. It’s very close to all the downtown activity. We would definitely rent here again. Thank you for sharing you’rebeautiful home

Wedding weekend

Our daughter decided on South Haven for her wedding destination. The rental house was in a perfect location for the venue and close to downtown for brunch the next day. Sally was great at communication and the house was just as expected, with all the great characteristics and a beautiful outdoor gathering space equipped with everything we needed to enjoy the backyard! I wish the neighbors had turned off their garage lights at night as it did come through that lower bedroom window, but other than that, our stay was great!

Great for family. Close to Downtown

We enjoyed the home and the backyard. Walking to the beach was not as bad as we thought and some of us did it daily - others drove the short distance. Nice quiet neighborhood. We were able to bring our dog, which was a plus.

Great place.

It is an older building but well maintained and roomy. We, including the kids, were amazed at the roominess and beauty of this home. They don't make them like this anymore. Modern kitchen and baths. Really nice outside area in a a quiet neighborhood just a few blocks from downtown South Haven. Beds very comfortable. We would definitely stay again!
