Bring the family and enjoy a relaxing getaway in this recently renovated 6 bedroom/2.5 bath lake house located 6 miles north of downtown South Haven.

View stunning Lake Michigan sunsets from 2 spacious living rooms, 2 bedrooms, upper balcony or back patio.

Access the breathtaking private Lake Michigan beach area for the HOA using brand new beach stairs.

The house is located halfway between South Haven and Saugatuck so you are close to two downtown areas, restaurants and multiple beaches.

There is lots of space for a group, two great hangout areas with TVs, a pool table, and outside space with a fire pit and a hot tub.

Beach access is in the neighborhood (3-min walk).

We celebrated my wife's 50th birthday at this property. We could not have asked for a more perfect weekend. The house is clean and very comfortable. Lake Michigan was just a couple of minute walk down a quaint country road and the beach was spectacular. We even forgot a Nintendo Switch and the owner mailed it back without a moment's hesitation. This was a great experience, highly recommend

We had a large group of 12 and the property had plenty of space for everyone. The backyard and fire pit area was nice. Communication with the host was very good. Beach access was a bit farther and harder to access than anticipated. Overall a nice place for larger groups.

Overall, we had a great stay! The house was a good size for our group of 12 (6 adults, 6 kids). The kitchen and living spaces are nicely appointed and comfortable. We really loved the view of the sunset from the backyard! There were a few minor issues that came up during our stay that were quickly addressed by the owner. Our only real issue was how high and steep the beach stairs were leading to the private beach. The beach itself was beautiful, and it was fun to be the only people there. But the access stairs were much steeper and more challenging than I had expected for the older adults and young children in our group. We only visited that beach one time because of this and chose to drive to other more accessible beaches.

We travel annually with my adult children and this was our favorite vacation yet. We made use of all of the amenities including the outdoor fireplace and the hot tub. Most days we could hear Lake Michigan's waves from the backyard and could see a small view of the lake and gorgeous sunsets from the 2nd floor deck. The location felt very private, but was only about a ten minute drive to South Haven, where we enjoyed the beach, shopping and restaurants. One of the highlights was the neighborhood beach. The 8 flights of stairs (with benches to rest on between flights) was absolutely worth it because the beach was so wonderful and we often had the large area to ourselves or shared it with a few others. There were a couple of issues, but the management company arranged to fix them at a convenient time for us and were very professional. The owner was very responsive via the VRBO app. So we couldn't have asked for a better stay. Hope we'll be back soon.

Friends get away

We had 4 families and the place had plenty of space for us. Lots of steps to get down to the beach so pack light but having the neighborhood private beach in walking distance area was so nice to have. Great stay all around.

Perfect Place to Stay!

This place is cute, roomy, and felt like a home the moment we entered. There are so many places around the property to hang out together. From the hot tub, to the pool table, to the toys which my 3-year-old loved, we were entertained whenever we were there.The private beach is incredibly nice and beautiful. In June there were only ever a few other families there, so we were spread out and there was lots of space. South Haven is not far at all, so there is pretty quick access to anything you need or things to do, and St. Joseph isn't a bad drive to spend a day or more.I had a few questions for the property manager this trip, and she was extremely helpful and responded promptly.We will certainly consider this place again! Thank you!

Beautiful Lake House!

This property is everything it’s advertised to be! It was perfect for our group of seven adults. We loved the view and the sound of the waves, and it’s just a short walk to the beach access. We were so impressed with the cleanliness and the beautiful decor. The mattresses and pillows were very comfortable - all of us slept great. The owner was also very responsive to all the questions we had. I would definitely recommend this property. I know we’ll be back!

Wonderful lake house!

Great last minute stay with my daughters. The house was gorgeous, comfortable and clean! And we loved the pool table and hot tub. Also very relaxing setting and location - in a quiet neighborhood between South Haven and Saugatuck. Would definitely return and recommend!
