We use a web-based system called Happy Guest, and youâll receive a personalized rental agreement, ID verification, and a simple security hold (which is not a security deposit) to receive your arrival instructions. Itâs simple: finish these steps, and youâre all set to enjoy your stay! Note: arrival info wonât be sent without completing these steps, and refunds arenât possible if skipped. Your personalized guidebook will give you all the info about the home, my favorite local spots, automatic early check-in notifications, and sometimes even late checkout!
