The Space:

We believe that once you step foot inside Urban Escape, you may never want to leave! This stunning, newly constructed home is perfect for summer or winter fun. The main floor is spacious, open, and just vibrant enough to remind you that you're on vacation. The open-concept living room, kitchen, and dining room offer ample space for all your favorite people to gather, and the amenities in these spaces will surely impress you - from the incredibly comfortable, oversized sectional sofa to the beautifully equipped kitchen. You'll find yourself coming together to enjoy this space multiple times a day.



But wait until you see the 3+ Seasons Room - it's sure to capture your heart, no matter the season. This room features a fireplace, heated floors, and large, operable windows, ensuring your comfort at all times. Situated just off the kitchen and dining room, this cozy space includes a high-top table with seating for 6 for overflow dining, a 65" TV, and incredibly comfortable furniture to relax and watch TV from.



Venture upstairs to the 2nd Level where you'll discover 4 bedrooms and 2 full Jack-and-Jill bathrooms. You can expect a restful night's sleep in these beautifully appointed spaces, while the kids have their own fun space upstairs, perfect for the young or young at heart. The 3rd level boasts 6 custom built-in bunks, a full bathroom, and plenty of entertainment. Enjoy shuffleboard, board games, another large television, and even bigger bean bag chairs for the ultimate game room experience.



Ready to step outside? This is where Urban Escape truly shines! The home's back patio features a pergola with a closable roof, side pull-down screens to keep the bugs at bay, a natural gas fire pit, outdoor dining seating for 10, sun loungers, and Adirondack chairs. You could easily spend all day on this fantastic patio, but there's still so much more to explore! Try your hand at pickleball or basketball on the private court, or start a game of Cornhole. Or, grab the provided beach wagon and take the tram down the bluff directly to Lake Michigan.

A Note from the homeowners:

Urban Escape is the culmination of everything we love about Summer in Michigan, spending time with family and friends outside. We designed the home for multiple families to enjoy comfortably, and what kid doesn't love a sleepover in a bunk room! Outside showcases our love for playing outside. From the pickleball court, the basketball hoop, and even the firepit, there is something for everyone to get involved with.



We love sharing our time in South Haven with family and friends, and can't wait to share it with you!

The Neighborhood:

Miami Park is a beautiful community located just to the north of South Haven - providing a well-needed escape from the hustle and bustle of all that our lakefront community has to offer. Here, you'll find all of the amenities that you're accustomed to at home and then some, all while being tucked away in the modest woodlands of Southwest Michigan. Take an evening stroll down by the bluff to catch an awe-inspiring sunset over Lake Michigan, or better yet, take the community's tram system down the bluff and spend the evening on the private beach!



Getting Around:

Getting around Miami Park is fairly simple with the layout being ovular with bisecting streets lined with luxury homes! You'll find that the bluff overlooking Lake Michigan is only a short stroll down the street. More so, navigating into the heart of South Haven for all of our local gems is fairly straightforward as well; simply hop on Blue Star Highway and head south until you reach the traffic light at Phoenix Street. At that point, hang a right and you'll find yourself immersed in all that is SoHa!



Other Things to Note:

Parking: 1 Space in the garage with 220 volt for electric cars, plus 3 spaces in the driveway



Pets: Pets are not allowed at this property



Beach Access: Neighborhood provides private tram-system to access private community beach

*Miami Park Shoreline: The shoreline at Miami Park can change from season to season. As of late August, the trams bring you down to an sandy area above the waterline, with stairs & steps into the lake at either end of the sandy area



Tram Access: Electric trams are available along the bluff to traverse the 90 foot bluff. The trams are maintained by the neighborhood association, and Shores cannot guarantee that trams will be fully functional every day of your stay. The association may need to close the trams to address repairs, routine maintenance or recharging the batteries that provide the power to move the platforms. Guests are asked to follow the tram operating instructions so the trams stay operational for everyone in the neighborhood



Interaction with Guests:

Your Shores Vacation Rentals team are local area experts who know all of the ins and outs of our beautiful homes in South Haven. We're available in-person Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 4:00 pm, to assist guests in planning their South Haven vacation and providing insider tips for an authentic local experience. For our incoming guests: Prior to your arrival you will receive all pertinent check-in information communicated via email and mobile SMS messaging, as well as a local destination guide with our personal recommendations on local eats and activities in the area. We provide an after-hours emergency phone number to call in case an issue arises outside of our standard business hours.
