At this point I already left early from my dinner with clients to check in when there was no time restriction in the first place. Incompetent ignorant unprofessional overnight staff.”

”Checking in was alright. I booked two rooms for my family and I. The front desk host who checked me in held my ID hostage until I saw the rooms which I found odd. I had to request a new room because one of the rooms had stains all over the place, scratches/holes on the wall, and the toilet was dirty. The new room we got didn’t have a comforter/blanket for the bed. There was no phone to call the front desk so we had to go ask. When we did, they only provided a sheet blanket- not a comforter. ”The is an older complex that has been nicely upgraded. It has double-pane windows, vinyl floor, and aesthetically pleasing bathroom. I loved that there were no rooms above. The whole place is one-story. I also loved the carport parking. The room was clean, but not the bed, and not one of the towels. The pillows smelled like someone’s hair that had not been washed, and then I found a strand of hair on the bed sheet under the covers. The towel had fresh black smudges, as if some step on it....
