”The elector to our room pilates on the 3rd floor was out of order during our whole stay! The door to the room was stuck closed you had to give it a kick to open or close! The faucet in the bathroom was just put in the whole in the marble you had to hold it still to be able to operate it… would not stay again and would not recommend it”

”The hotel was close to the airport and pretty good price for just spending a few hours there before a flight. Got in the shower at 430 IN THE MORNING and realized there were no towels except a hand towel. Checked everywhere. Called the front desk who told me where they were. They were not! An unfriendly man came to the door and brought a towel. No wash cloth, nothing, and NO APOLOGY. Here.”
