”I will not stay here again. Upon arrival, two gentlemen were talking about changing their room. When we returned at 10:30 PM, a family was checking out. I asked the lady if people were leaving and she said yes. She said they had a bug in their room. I examined our room and it was filthy. On our way to check out a family asked how our stay was and I told them we will not be back. They said they had blood on their sheets. The only hot food for breakfast was a waffle and I was worried about bugs so...

”They were getting ready to remodel so I believe it will be nicer after that. They were helpful and accommodating brining us in a roll in bed.”

”The staff gave our room key to someone else in the middle of the night. If we wouldn't have locked the top latch, they would have walked right in while we were sleeping! Then staffed called to ask us who WE were in the room they put us in. Completely unacceptable & scary. Our grandson was terrified the rest of the stay.”
