”Excellent location. It would have been a 5 star stay. The problem was that there were multiple teenager athletic teams staying there. They were extremely noisy, running up and down the hallway yelling and making noise like crazy. At one point during the evening, they opened a fire door somewhere causing the alarms to go off. Everyone had to evacuate their rooms. All of this of course does not reflect badly on the hotel or the staff, which were top notch. I would however maybe monitor...

”Check in scheduled for 4pm, we arrived at 7:30pm only to not have a room ready. Although the gentleman at the desk was apologetic, we still had to wait about 30 minutes for a room. We then decided to grab a quick bite in the lobby restaurant, and waited about an hour for ice cold chicken wings. Service was so bad, and we ended up needing to go to a fast food restaurant to get food. It was a miserable experience. The hotel is under construction, but that shouldn’t affect the delays we...
