(The only exceptions are the indoor fireplace and BBQ grill.) Violations may result in police citations, loss of security deposit, and additional cleaning fees.
🍖 BBQ Essentials – If you plan to grill, please bring your own charcoal and lighter fluid for the BBQ.

Security Deposit Notice:
The $1,000 security deposit is fully refundable, provided there are no damages or missing items after your stay. In the event that any deductions are necessary, we will provide a detailed receipt outlining the charges. Thank you for respecting our home! 😊
If a refund is issued, a cancellation fee of 10% will be deducted to help cover payment processing fees.

⚠️No Unauthorized Late Checkout: Please check out on time. Violation fee: $100 per hour
