”Parking easy, off season so they had no beach passes, ice, continental breakfast. Coffee not ready by 8:00 am when they said it would be.”

”The rooms are very large. They feel new and nicely designed. The hotel lobby is small. The restaurant is closed so there is no bar.(the pics online feel like there is a lobby with a nice sitting area but that must be from the restaurant). This is basically a nice place to sleep at night. ”

”This hotel was lovely. I enjoyed the decor, how spacious it was, the lawn and the couches to sit in outside. Truly, an amazing experience in every way. The staff was always welcoming and helpful. No complaints and I would definitely stay again if I come to the Hamptons! ”

”I would NOT recommend this hotel. I was charged and never allowed to stay, and they refused to refund my money. Customer service was unhelpful and dismissive. Be careful booking here—they will take your money and not take responsibility. Terrible experience. I booked through Expedia, arrived, and was denied a stay, yet they still kept my money. No proper explanation and no refund. This feels like a scam. Save yourself the stress and book somewhere else. PLEASE DONT BOOK HERE!”

”La habitación estaba generalmente limpia pero los sofá estaban con vómito seco y fue muy desagradable !!! También la tina de hidromasaje la agua estaba fría, cuando debería ser hidromasaje caliente… se le dijo a un empleado y dijo que calentaría y no sucedió ”

”I was very impressed by the kind attention paid to me by the manager, who upgraded my room and showed me to the cottage and parking place. The room and bathroom were clean. The bathroom window showed a little wear and tear, but it wasn't a big deal. While the motel might not be as fancy as other places, it makes up for it in location and charm of the staff.”

”We found the staff friendly and helpful. The free breakfast is all fresh not heated frozen foods. Both the resturant and bar were very good.”

”We expected 2 queen beds we got 2 double beds.The security lock on the door was broken,the smoke/fire alarm was just a wire hanging from the ceiling and the second bath towel was full of suspect stains. The only positive was the gentleman on reception on checking out who listened and apologized and later called to say we would get a refund.We would never recommend this place ”
