”The bathroom pipes smelled- no one wanted to use it. Kitchen water from the sink also smelled. In one room, the lights didn’t work at all. Cobwebs in multiple places, suspect wiring, stains everywhere. Unsafe materials in yard, so it wasn’t a place where you could let your young kids go out to play w/out watching them.
