Inside, you'll be greeted by rustic vibes, rich wooden features, and soaring, exposed beam ceilings that combine to give this home an authentic mountain lodge feel. The lofted layout ensures that everyone in your group has a space to call their own. Take advantage of the well-equipped, full kitchen to prepare cost-saving meals at home, meet up fireside in the cozy living area and watch your favorite shows or movies on the TV, or head out to your private balcony to welcome the day with your morning coffee or close things out with a glass of wine. On-site, guests will enjoy a shared pool, hot tub, and a stretch of private beach.

As this home is in a lakefront complex, warm weather activities include swimming, water skiing, wakeboarding, SUP boarding, and kayaking, so take your pick and soak up some of that Lake Tahoe sunshine! Amazing hikes are also an excellent option for guests looking to get out and explore in spring, summer, and fall. If you're visiting in winter, check out the famous Heavenly Resort for excellent skiing and snowboarding, just two miles from your door. And if you're feeling lucky, drive into Stateline, Nevada, to check out a few of the casinos for some adult fun.

Things to Know
Guests staying at a South Lake Tahoe rental must adhere to all City Ordinances. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m to 9 a.m. hours. In addition no open flames, no smoking, and parking permits apply. Maximum occupancy cannot be exceeded under any circumstance. Fines of up to $2000 will be imposed by The City of South Lake Tahoe, without warning, for any violations.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Security camera details: There are surveillance cameras throughout Lakeland Village property in the common areas only. There are no surveillance cameras inside the home.

Ski shuttle details: Lakeland Village does not provide transportation, but the resort is on the city bus route; however, the city bus system does not go to Heavenly. You can catch the bus with a stop at the Gondola downtown. For additional information, please visit https://www.tahoetransportation.org/transit/.

Dock details: There is a beautiful, large pier with a bench for viewing the Lake. No boat docking, no diving or jumping off the dock, and no fishing.

Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
