Amazing location close to Heavenly available for ski season

This beautiful update home with a rustic modern look. Perfectly situations between the lake and heavenly. You will be able to get to either location in a matter of minutes. Easy access to all the great restaurants on Ski Run Blvd., plus close to downtown. This wonderful residence is a fantastic size and layout for families to relax and hang out together. The moment you arrive, you'll immediate feel at eased and relaxed in this tranquil setting. The house is situated on a small street that is very quiet. You are sure to enjoy plenty of peace and privacy here.

Inside you will find a recently remodeled home with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, with charming bear décor. All the amenities you will need to find are here, fully stocked kitchen, Keurig, regular coffee maker and plenty of cooking utensils. Wireless internet and cable TV is provided, as well as access to in house laundry.

The single store house has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. This home is well equipped to accommodate up to 6 guests. The master bedroom has king bed with beautiful bear decor and a private bathroom. The two additional rooms share a larger full bath, the back bedroom has a queen bed, and the hallway bedroom had bunk beds with a full-size bed on the bottom. The master and family room are equipped with large flat screen TV's with a cable and internet available in the house.

Early risers can enjoy a cup of coffee by the fireplace enjoying the view of the Tahoe Pines or in the summer on the large deck housing a dining table and umbrella. The expansive deck serves as the ideal place to spend warm evenings, barbecuing on the gas grill, socializing with your companions, or simply relaxing while you admire the picturesque National forest. After dinner enjoy a bike rides with the bikes available in the garage (ride at your own risk) You will have access to the garage to park you car, which makes it convenient on snowy winter days.

Ideally located for outdoor enthusiasts situated within easy reach of mountain recreation. During the summer months enjoy boasting, paddle boarding and jet skiing on the crystal clear waters of Lake Tahoe. You may also choose to enjoy the area by hiking and mountain biking along pristine trails throughout the surrounding mountains. If you are visiting during the winter months pack your gear as this house is within 5 minutes of skiing, snowboarding and tubing at Heavenly.

No matter the season, downtown South Lake Tahoe boasts numerous great local restaurants, live concerts, casinos and shopping. The possibilities for adventure are endless. They all begin when you booking this Wonderful South Lake Tahoe home.

This house is a license Vacation Rental within the City of South Lake Tahoe. Due to licensing requirements, there is a noise monitoring device and ring door bell at the front door.

Complete house

Property has everything it promises. Is is well located close to main services but also quiet enough. It has a full kitchen and probably everything you need to spend some easy time there. I had no problems during the stay and all my questions were quickly answered by Kim.

This house is updated with a nice big fenced yard. Very close to Safeway and a short drive to the beach. This is the second time we have stayed here and we will definitely rent again.

Clean, well kept home with nice deck and private backyard. Beautiful kitchen that was well stocked and a nice gas bbq. Newer comfortable furnishings and thick bath towels. Access to garage with extras. Easy communication with owner who was very nice. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this home.

Perfect house for our family of 4 adults and 2 children

This home was a pleasant surprise to us! The decor was Bears, bears and more bears. Very cute!! The home is updated and there is plenty of room so we never felt cramped. Nice thick towels with soap, lotions and shampoo and conditioner. The kitchen has all new appliances. The back yard has a large deck, a big table sitting 8, a beautiful fenced yard with pine and aspen trees and plenty of yard for the kiddos to play. This house is in a quite residential neighborhood but close to the Lake, Safeway and shopping. The house was fully stocked. We were very happy with our stay and would definitely stay again.

Clean, comfortable and well stocked!

This home is less than a mile from the beach, Heavenly and Stateline and was beautifully upgraded and well stocked. We were so comfortable, hanging out watching TV, playing in the back yard and sleeping well in the comfortable beds. Decor is nice and we had everything we needed. There is no A/C so was a tad warm at night even with the ceiling fans, but not too bad. The owner was very responsive and easy to communicate with. I would definitely recommend this beautiful place!

WELCOMING, COZY and HEAVENLY LOCATION!

This completely updated home is a WONDERFUL get-away. The owner has completely renovated the interior, in a manner that is modern, efficient and.....COZY! The location is literally 7 minutes from the Heavenly Lodge....and, within a 10 minute radius or less, you have everything you need for a true paradise of a getaway: groceries, shopping, entertainment and HEAVENLY SKIING...against the MAGNIFICENT backdrop of Lake Tahoe. And, let's face it: it truly impresses your friends when you tell them you skied from Nevada to California and....back...all on the same day! :-) We have rented various properties throughout the years: some were more impressive, some less....but, as the 3-bears' story goes: This property was JUST RIGHT! Immaculately kept with all the modern amenities one requires to get away from it all, cozy, comfy and definitely worth returning to. M.
