The Space:
This is an absolutely adorable little cabin in a very serene county neighborhood that will really make you feel like you are in the mountains! This 2 bed, 1 bath remodelled cabin sleeps 4 total and can park up to 1 car. Located off North Upper Truckee, there is plenty to do with miles of hiking trails very nearby, and yes, it’s close to the Truckee river! This cabin has been very tastefully remodelled to allow you to have the best of both worlds. Located about 15 mins to Lake Tahoe and 20 mins to the casinos. Come see why the owners often come up to enjoy their little oasis!

5. *Possible fines from local police or eviction can result if laws are not followed.
6. The number of overnight occupants shall not exceed two persons per permitted bedroom. Children six years of age or older are counted towards the occupancy limits.

Nice Property but cold
All-in-all we really loved our stay, but the cabin is quite cold in the bedrooms as that is away from the only heat source in the cabin that is in the front living area. Area heaters are needed and there are not enough of them in the house. With the cold bedrooms and bathroom are the freezing cold floors.

only gave 4 stars bc you cannot have more than one space heater plugged in or circuit will pop and the bends were pretty firm, could benefit from a 4 inch topper.

Beautiful and very comfortable
Perfect for a small family. Kids had a chance to be outdoors and enjoyed looking for pinecones. We enjoyed witching them in the morning with a coffee on hand.
