Spanning 19 acres with breathtaking views of the lake and the Sierras, Lakeland Village offers an unforgettable resort-like experience with two outdoor pools, hot tubs, a sauna, private sandy beach access, and a pier – all within a mile of Heavenly Resort. Enjoy world-class skiing in the winter and hiking, biking, golfing, and water activities in the summer. Take a short stroll along the shoreline to Ski Run Marina for boat rentals, fishing charters, shopping, and local dining options.

A quiet townhome on the end, your two-bedroom with loft townhome boasts new LVP flooring throughout, vaulted ceilings, a new gas fireplace, and a modern, open layout. The full kitchen is well-equipped with all-new appliances for prepping your favorite recipes, and there’s plenty of space to gather for mealtime, board games, and puzzles between the newly furnished living and dining areas. Stream a series in the living room, or unwind with some TV in any of the bedrooms. Each room has a ceiling fan. Lounge on the covered balcony and enjoy fresh mountain air anytime.

Things to Know
Guests staying at a South Lake Tahoe rental must adhere to all City Ordinances. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 9 a.m. In addition, no open flames, no smoking, and parking permits apply. Maximum occupancy cannot be exceeded under any circumstance. Fines of up to $2000 will be imposed by The City of South Lake Tahoe, without warning, for any violations.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Security camera details: There are surveillance cameras throughout Lakeland Village property in the common areas only. There are no surveillance cameras inside the home.

Ski shuttle details: Lakeland Village does not provide transportation, but the resort is on the city bus route; however, the city bus system does not go to Heavenly. Dock details: There is a beautiful, large pier with a bench for viewing the Lake. No boat docking, no fishing, no diving or jumping off the dock.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
