Vau! Kaikki mitä perheesi haluaa loma-asunnossa. Suuri pohjaratkaisu, jossa on suuri avoin suuri huone, jossa yhdistyvät olohuone, keittiö ja ruokailuhuone. Polkuja ulos takapiha, aidattu piha katettu kylpytynnyri, pelejä, lähellä vaellus, pyöräily, hiihto, lumi shoeing, ja vain 6 mi suurimpaan alppien järvi maailmassa! Tämä koti sopii erinomaisesti 1 tai 2 perheelle, joissa on 3 tyylikkäästi sisustettua huonetta aikuisille, ja vielä yksi makuuhuone, joka sopii lapsille kerrossängyllä ja pelipöydillä - ja on hyvä tuoda perheen koira! Tämä koti on mukava nukkumis- ja ruokailutila jopa 10 henkilölle, jos 2 tai useampi on alle 5-vuotiaita, tai 8, jos kaikki henkilöt ovat yli 5-vuotiaita. Tämä koskee 24/7. We had a really great stay, the EV charger made our stay very convenient. Good neighborhood and location, we were happy with the home. A few small items were missing from the kitchen (or I couldn't find) like a vegetable steamer and a tea kettle. Also, the double bed downstairs was very uncomfortable, my back is still recovering but the master upstairs is comfortable. Happy overall and would stay again!

Beautiful and spacious home. Master bedroom upstairs with large closet and 3 bedrooms downstairs. Open kitchen and beautiful views. Safe and quiet neighborhood. Ceiling fans kept home cool in summer. My only suggestion is to have blinds for both windows in upstairs bathroom. Felt awkward and uncomfortable that there is a clear window right above toilet and also tub with no privacy. Also parking in garage is difficult unless you have a compact car. We were able to squeeze in a Honda suv and odyssey van but it was very tight! Overall, we loved the home and it was an excellent vacation. Thank you!!

Great Lake Tahoe home

This is a great family home, the yard is very large and the swing was a hit even for us adults. The home was very clean and the beds were much more comfortable than expected! We were a bit disappointed there was no pool table since there was one in the pictures but nonetheless we had a wonderful time!

Perfect dog and family vacation!

The house is exactly as advertised. My family of four was joined by another family of three for a short visit at the start of our kids’ February break. This was our dog’s first trip to the snow, and she loved it. The backyard is spacious, and is easily accessed through the side door of the garage. This makes the garage the perfect spot to wipe off paws and hang up the leash before heading inside. The hosts provided dog bowls, a lint roller, and poop bags to welcome us, which was very thoughtful. The gate at the back fence opens onto a public trail, and my dog and I walked almost two miles every day through the beautiful trees. For the humans, there was a welcoming open space for cooking, playing cards, having a glass of wine, and nearly completing one of the many puzzles (pieces were missing but a note let us know ahead of time). The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were well-stocked. I have been to many rentals where each bathroom only has one roll of TP, and you have to go buy more. This was not the case here. The hot tub was enjoyed by the teeenagers, and was clean. For the cooks, the kitchen is great! Lots of room, and nice appliances, including a double oven. You’ve got access to a waffle iron, crockpot, hand mixer, and more. Heavenly is a short drive away, as is the grocery store. The neighborhood is cute and quiet. I hope we are able to stay here again! It was exactly what we needed.

Family Vacation

We had a great stay at the property on Pioneer Trail. There was plenty of room for everyone and the great room was perfect for all of us to hang out and play games. We definitely appreciated all the extras. The supplies for the dog, the games, fully equipped kitchen and the comfortable bedrooms and bathrooms. I would definitely recommend this home to anyone coming to Tahoe and we are also planning to stay here again.

Perfect place for a family stay

This rental has become one of our favorites in the South Lake Tahoe area. Rooms and beds were clean and comfortable. Our kids had fun playing with the games provided and in the backyard snow.

No privacy!

Neighbors were 30 feet away. One of them complained about our dogs barking for 5 minutes. One neighbor had building materials, personal property, car in yard, 2 cars parked in street which we were told was a code violation, and chickens that made noise. No grass in backyard. Carpet and rugs needed shampooed. Inadequate paper products. House was big and pretty nice with nice kitchen, appliances, televisions, bathrooms, and outdoor grill. Rug was tattered in main bathroom and my wife tripped over it. Close to Pioneer Trail. Beds were comfortable. Might consider some cooling system because it gets hot now and we had to leave from 2 pm to 6 pm. Lots of fans.

It's a lovely home and very comfortable for a family vacation. The garage is small and fine if you drive cars but if you have trucks or large SUV's it's a little difficult. Overall we loved our vacation in this home and would definitely recommend to others!

Great Place to Stay

The house was very nice. The neighborhood was great! We enjoyed our stay. RNR was very responsive and responded to our request quickly. The only part that could use improvement is the cleaning. We are charged a cleaning fee for cleanup of the rental after we leave so that this property is ready for the next family. We found an open beer bottle with beer in it in one of the rooms. It was knock down and spilled by on of guest. Also a crayon rolled under the cart by the stairs and when we went to retrieve it, there was old food underneath.

Family Winter Tradition celebrating my wife Debbie’s birthday

Our experience at the house has always been great. This is our second year in a row renting this house. We love the layout and it’s close to town and the casinos. This year there was so much snow and we loved it. The snow was 4’ deep on the balcony and there’s was no place to sit, so my grandson helped me carve a couch and love seat for us to sit on during our stay.

This is a beautiful home located in a nice quiet neighborhood just off of Pioneer Trail. The house is very clean and stocked well with everything you will need for your stay. The ice maker was not working at the time of our stay, but the rental property was nice and offered to drop a bag of ice off to us. Hopefully they have that small detail fixed by now. Other than that we didn't have any issues and really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home. Please note that the house does not have A/C so it can get a bit warm during the summer months, especially in the upstairs portion of the house. (we were there in August) They do have ceiling fans and other small fans in the house to help. We just opened the windows and sliding door in the morning and tried to cool it down before it got too warm. Coffee out on the deck in the morning is priceless... :)

Family Trip

We had a great trip to South Lake Tahoe. This is a wonderful and comfy home to stay in. Away from the hustle and bustle but only 10-15 minutes away from restaurants and activities.

LOVED this place!!

This place was perfect for our nine day family vacation. Super clean, super nice, fully stocked kitchen (pots, pans, trash bags, etc.), responsive hosts, and wonderful location! Would 100% recommend and we’d definitely stay here again.

Beautiful well kept home

This is our second time staying in this home. Both times I have been impressed with its cleanliness and attention to detail. I loved that they provided a gift basket of wine and snacks upon our arrival and even had a basket with pet necessities for our dog! USB outlet chargers were a plus too. Though we didn’t bring ours, I liked that they had an EV charger for electric vehicles and I liked that the garage was available to use for parking. We will definitely stay here again.
