”Checking in was a disaster. Their staff have no clue what they're doing. It took 45 minutes to get our room keys. We ended up needing a 2nd room and ran into the exact same problem with different staff. I asked for the manager and he just gave me excuses and attitude. We will never step foot in ANY Ceaser's owned establishment ever again after this experience. ZERO star experience! NOT RECCOMENDED.”

”Beautiful, well-maintained property in a centralized location. Staff was efficient, friendly and helpful. We were disappointed that we were charged for parking which had previously been complimentary when renting as a guest of an owner. As the family member of an owner, we are aware that when the owner uses their unit, they receive complimentary parking. Also the pool umbrellas were in back order so there was little shade/coverage on the pool deck. Other than this, we thoroughly enjoyed...

”The staff was wonderful. The amenities were very good but maybe just the room we got was not the best location in the property. The room was on the ground floor with some noise coming from property maintenance early in the morning.”
