Experience Lake Tahoe in comfort and style at this beautifully remodeled home, scenically situated on the Lake Tahoe Golf Course. Take in views of the surrounding woodlands and mountains from the deck and the grass-covered backyard. Show off your culinary skills in the well-equipped kitchen or outside on the gas grill. In winter, gather your friends and family to swap stories around the gas fireplace.



Pack your clubs to get some practice at the Lake Tahoe Golf Course or drive further out to the popular Ranch Course at Genoa Lakes 28 miles away. In winter, you can enjoy cross country skiing right on the property or hit the slopes at Heavenly Mountain Resort (nine miles). You'll also be six miles from Camp Richardson, which offers a variety of fun summer and winter activities for the group! Be sure to visit downtown South Lake Tahoe (six miles) to browse the local restaurants and find the perfect souvenir in one of the shops.



THINGS TO KNOW

Tahoe is home to many animals. You may experience bears, raccoons, mice, and other animals. Meadows are home to many rodents. When these areas are filled with water or snow, these animals move to homes in the area. You may experience these animals in or near your home.



WiFi can be spotty in the mountains.



This home is not equipped with air conditioning.



The patio furniture is seasonal.



The BBQ is seasonal.



Parking is limited to 2 vehicles in the driveway and 2 vehicles in the garage.

Street parking is not permitted and may result in fines or towing.

Please make sure cars are parked fully within the driveway and not blocking sidewalks or neighboring properties.

Oversized vehicles, trailers, RVs, and boats are not allowed.



Garbage and recycling should be stored in the big metal bear box next to the driveway. There is a key attached to the box you'll need to use to open AND close the door. When closing the door, please make sure the latch is engaged. Our bears are pretty smart. DO NOT LEAVE KEY IN BEAR BOX. This will ensure that the local wildlife cannot get to your trash.



NOTE: The city of South Lake Tahoe takes the safety of their wildlife and the beauty of their city very seriously. So please never leave garbage outside overnight as the wildlife will find it, and guests will be responsible for any clean up or fines that may occur.



Guest Access:

Enjoy exclusive access to the entire house during your stay at Country Club Retreat. This includes all four bedrooms, the well-equipped kitchen, the cozy living area with its inviting gas fireplace, and the outdoor spaces like the deck and backyard, perfect for enjoying the mountain views. Guests also have access to the BBQ grill for outdoor cooking and free parking on the premises. Please note that the wood stove is decorative only and not for guest use.

The neighborhood is known for its serene atmosphere and stunning mountain views, providing a peaceful escape while still being close to all the action. Heavenly Mountain Resort is also just a short drive away (nine miles), offering fantastic skiing and snowboarding in the winter and hiking and scenic gondola rides in the summer. Getting Around:

Getting around Country Club Retreat is easy! Free parking is available on the premises for your convenience. While a car is recommended to explore the area, you'll find that downtown South Lake Tahoe is just a short drive away, offering a variety of shops, restaurants, and entertainment. For those flying in, Reno-Tahoe International Airport (RNO) is approximately a 1-hour drive. Consider using ride-sharing services or taxis for getting around, especially to enjoy the local casinos and nightlife responsibly. Public transportation options are limited in this area, so planning your trips in advance is advisable.

Please note that check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability. Free parking is available on the premises. The wood stove is decorative only and not for guest use. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. This property is located in an area with wildlife; please be aware of your surroundings and take necessary precautions. The minimum age for guests is 25. Pets are not allowed.
