”Toilet didn’t work. Bathroom does not have a vent.”

”Easy to check in and check out. Stayed one night and property was adequate for the stay, but not something I would stay multiple days at. Rooms seemed “updated” but rust in the tub, musty smell in the room and just bare bones- however, it was perfectly adequate for the one night and cheap.”

”I can tell there is a change over in management since my last stay. Cleanliness was hit-or-miss. There was a trash can sitting in the hall next to the elevators on the fourth floor that was crawling in ants. I had to report it three times (once a day for three days) before anyone took care of the problem. The tables and the countertops in the dining area were dirty! I had to clean them myself in order to use the area.”

”Staff parks under overhang. Had to ask desk to move car so can load up in rain. Was very nice about it, & moved car. But shouldn’t be parking there💕”

”I travel with a very clean, well groomed service dog. Hotels often put you in a pet room which is fine but at least remove the carpet. The room smelled pretty sour from previous pets. Even my dog was offended by whatever was in the carpet. It was only one night, so I put up with it, but I wouldn’t choose to stay here again.”

”Perfect stay for my partner and I. I booked 2 nights and was happy with the service. Room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was a bonus! Enjoyed the food. Would come here again.”

”Our refrigerator was leaking water before we were in the room, so there was a big puddle when we came in. Random stains around the room. Not a big problem, just a little gross. The indoor “curb appeal” was good.”

”We have stayed here several times and have several more planned over the coming months. This hotel is nice and clean and the staff is extremely friendly! The breakfast buffet is a treat! I highly recommend a stay here when visiting Norman!”

”The room was fine, but a couple issues I had was no one at the front desk seemed to answer the phone when I called with questions. And the fact that the same type of room I checked into was being offered for $100 less then what I payed when I reserved it just 2 days prior was really frustrating. And so I dont see the point in reserving a room here if its gonna be available far cheaper when you actually get to the location”

”Our stay was not to good. The elevator kept messing up for 2 days we had to keep taking the steps. The 4 nights that we stayed the cable was also messed up. We had 2 kids with us and nothing for them to watch. The carpet was dirty,was scared to take shoes off. Lastly there was a cloth chair in the room , it also was dirty and parts of it was failed and torn.”
