”The room was not clean, the floors were absolutely disgusting, the mirror in the bathroom was broken, the handle for the sink was broken along with the sink in the kitchen. I did not know that we were staying at a residential room, it was the worse thing ever! I wanted a hotel & no where did it say that it was residential during booking. On top of that the pool was closed on our side of the hotel/building, front desk said that the other side has the pool but closes at 5pm in VEGAS!!!! Like it’s...

”I felt like the walk from the front entrance was quite the distance and you could only catch ride shares from the front entrance. Discovered this the hard way. This particular room had to be close to the pool and club area as you could hear the music late at night.”

”Apartamento tipo flat com cozinha completa em prédio anexado ao MGM casino. Muito bom de acesso para quem quer caminhar na Vegas strip. Infelizmente a triturador da pia estava quebrado e toda comunicação passa com o canal da Expedia e não é resolvido diretamente com o lobby ou front desk.”
