Only one elevator worked room seemed a little beat up and neglected the ceiling air handler cover did not look good was not able to access the Wi-Fi that was very difficult after entering all the information and it said it wasn’t available overall was not impressed with the place. The two chairs in the room (one a rolling desk chair and the other one a causal chair) were very uncomfortable. The seats in both were very hard and sitting in either one...

”The room was ok, I've seen worst. I didn't use any amenities, I was in town for something else. I fell yesterday due to a sink hole near my room. When I told the desk clerk this morning during checkout he never once inquired as to whether I was fractured at all. So unconcerned, no empathy. I didn't eat breakfast. Another tenant was inquiring about the pool not working when I arrived and she (wasn't in use) told him that's what made them check in and he was using false advertising.”

”Dirty towels when we arrived, the door never shut fully, only one time during our stay did housekeeping clean out the garbage, stains on the side of both bed frames. Just downright nasty. However, staff was friendly and helpful so they have that going for them at least.”
