”Room was spacious and clean. But a couple of things were lacking, for a room that can sleep up to 6 guests, there were only enough towels for 3 guests and the room has a sofa bed but there wasn't sheets and pillows for it. Staff was helpful and gave us everything we needed when we asked. Breakfast the next day was good but nothing special. Our main problem was how thin the walls and ceilings are in this place. There were rowdy guests living above us that stayed up partying past 2am, pulling...

”Room was large, clean other than the fridge still had some drinks left from the last people. Standard king room with jacuzzi tub in the bathroom only had a window with only shower screen between it and the rest of the room which is weird. All in all it’s great value for what they charge. ”

”A beautiful historic house that was comfortable and convenient. We will recommend to our friends and look forward to returning. Breakfasts were good and it was nice to have them brought to our room. Staff were friendly and we were well cared for. Parking was easy and secure. The house is 2 min from downtown Dundee.”
