”This is a very busy hotel due to its proximity to the VCU campus, but the staff manages to be helpful and very responsive. I will make a special mention of the beds that are super comfortable! I slept like a baby on a cloud :-)”

”Since two hotels are together the layout was hard to figure at first, However, the front desk and other employees were helpful and accommodating. We've had a great stay so far with complimentary route 11 chips and a trip to the rooftop bar”
”2-day stay. Excellent front desk staff; breakfast staff kept area clean. Bedding was too hard and uncomfortable at times. Difficult to climb into bed for elderly guest. Paris and Anthony were engaging and attentive to every request. Overall outside of property and mats needs facelift. ”
