”The hotel was clean and well kept. The staff were amazing and made our overnight stay great! The shuttle to the port was a great option for us and the driver was professional and friendly. We also left our vehicle for the duration of our cruise and had no issues. Definitely recommend staying here and we will be returning!”

”AKA West Palm Beach is situated in an excellent location near downtown and Brightline train station. The rooms are comfortable with all the basic needs for even a longer stay. The complimentary grab & go breakfast was a nice surprise. Only downside was the return time of the credit card hold sum. It's now been 11 days (7 business days) since we checked out and still no return. ”

”This place was super clean. Everyone was super friendly great pool and hot tub area. The beds are so comfortable really, I could go on and on about how nice this place was definitely a great place oh and let me not forget I was getting on a plane the next day after being in the keys for a whole week so I had a whole load of laundry to do and I was able to do my laundry and put my stuff back in my suitcase clean that was amazing overall, I definitely give this place five stars”

”No rating for the room since we were never able to enter it! We reserved and paid for a room on the same day for which we needed it (6/18), because our VRBO home rental fell through. When we arrived, the clerk, Carina, said there were no keys available. If we had to leave the room, we'd have to find a staff member to let us back in. This was unacceptable, so the clerk cancelled the reservation for us. It was a bit suspicious because a woman waiting in the lobby immediately asked if she could...
