”Property was nice. Rooms were clean and had lots of room. Staff left a lot to be desired. The man that checked us in, insulted my husband and made us feel like we were the biggest inconvenience. ”

”I stayed at El Delfin Lodge from 4/19–4/24 and overall the experience was disappointing. At check-in, the manager mentioned that during spring break they kept nearly every guest’s deposit due to damages, which seemed extreme at the time but made more sense by the end of our stay. The biggest issue is that the property does not match how it’s presented on Expedia. The photos appear outdated as the hotel looks much more worn in person. The pool was clean but much smaller than it appears, and...

”The room was very nice and super clean. I had to go downstairs to grab towels and batteries for the tv remote control. The staff were accommodating and friendly. Breakfast had a good variety. Air conditioning worked great. Carpets in hallways looked a bit aged and lots of ceiling watermark damages on the 2nd floor. For a weekend stay, the price and service was nice.”

”need to CLEAN SHEETS was stains EVERYWHERE when it wasn't my family fault poor staff asked for new sheets when they didn't give us any and was charged 40$ when the stains weren't ours stains where on the bedsheets pillows hairs was just a terrible experience they need to do a better job at everything”

”Classy hood shelter! A poorly remodeled ghetto if you will. No towels, wash clothes or anything in the room. The hot tub was cold and dirty. The shower shot all the way across the bathroom with the nozzle sticking out of a hole in the wall. It was remodeled but you can tell it was done by a cheap contractor with a complete lack of detail. A dirty place trying half ass to be clean. Decent for the price but I’d recommend paying a little more for a nicer place.”
