Casa Campeche is located just minutes from the beach and walking distance to several popular restaurants. This is the perfect vacation home for your entire family to enjoy! It is a private home with tile floors, trey ceilings, a spacious modern kitchen and very comfortable beds. The private back yard has a large pool with a spacious pergola that houses an outdoor kitchen with seating for eight guests.

Casa Campeche is an enchanting home located just minutes from the beach. It is a private home with tile floors, trey ceilings, spacious modern kitchen, very comfortable beds, a large pool and a private back yard. House is conveniently located 1 block from island supermarket, and walking distance to several restaurants.

Spend your evenings cooling off in the pool and enjoy the pergola by grilling on the outdoor kitchen while your family enjoys the view of the firework display held every Friday at 9:15 from Memorial Day through Labor Day.

The guest bedroom has a very comfortable king size bed. The 2nd bedroom had 4 twin size beds. The master bedroom also has a king size bed + TV and an elegant shower / bath tub wet area. The light filled living room has a large flat screen HDTV with a great view of the pool. The dining table accommodates 6 people. The outdoor patio furniture accommodates 8 persons.

The home is located in a quiet neighborhood and it is walking distance to the island supermarket and to several restaurants.

Free island shuttle service is available year-round. The Island Metro (formerly the Wave) is a free shuttle system, operating daily from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m. The shuttle runs the length of the Island, stopping at beach accesses, hotels, restaurants, attractions, and other points of interest. Island Metro also has another route that crosses the Queen Isabella Causeway into Port Isabel. Great Family and Friends Vacay to SPI

We enjoyed a family vacation with another family to SPI and this property was perfect for us. Having 2 king rooms for parents, and 1 room for kids (ages 4-7) was great. Both sets of parents appreciated sleeping in king size, comfy beds. The kitchen was properly stocked with all essentials for sharing meals together. We liked the big countertop ‘table’ where we could eat together. Outside pool area was great. The pool was clean. A little chilly on day 1 (I imagine it was topped off with fresh water before we arrived.) Not chilly enough for the kids to complain, though. The loungers and chairs were all comfy to lay around and watch the kids play. We brought pool toys, but it was nice to see an assortment of toys at the property too. Outdoor table with bistro lights made for a fun hangout spot after the kids went to bed. The only slight negative… The outdoor grill was a little finicky. It didn’t light great…but we also didn’t care enough to pursue it. We just cooked inside. If you are hardest on grilling, I would put in a request ahead of time to be sure the grill is all tuned up. Location was awesome. The ‘main drag’ was steps away with Tom & Jerry’s at the corner. Our favorite stop was the daiquiri and beer drive through barn about 2 blocks away! (Haha) It was a super-easy walk to the beach. The property offered some basics for a good beach setup too.

Campeche Home

The home was very welcoming!! It was well equipped with kitchen items, bath towels/toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap and hand soap. The property owner was very responsive on our requests. The pool was great! The home had items you can use for the pool such as a ball and floats. The outdoor grill was amazing!! It was nice to grill and enjoy the pool. We will definitely consider staying here again.

Family Vacation

We really enjoyed our stay. The home was nicely furnished and well stocked. We felt at home. The pool was very clean and the outdoor kitchen was also ready to go. I did not expect to have everything we needed as soon as we arrived. The manager also contacted us to make sure we did not need anything.

Family vacation

House is very nice, just the right size for our family. Location was perfect, far enough from all the noise, but close enough to participate when we wanted to. The house was very clean and the entry lock worked every time. Complaints, the gas grill did not work and the door to the garage did not lock. Overall we would be glad to stay there again.

Great vacation home

The house was great for our week away. It is in a great location to the beach. Marlene was wonderful and responsive to any issues. We had some issues with the pool filtering but she was quick to address the issues. The home was beautifully furnished and the beds were comfortable. We would definitely stay here again!

South Padre family vacay

We chose this house because of the pool and outdoor kitchen. It was a huge draw for us! Additionally, this house had the perfect sleeping arrangement for our party of two couples and three kids. The kitchen is fully stocked and BBQ utensils are also available. The nearest entrance to the beach is only a block away, so it was an easy walk. The property was clean and well kept. We ran into an issue, but the management company was super responsive and immediately took action. This is a wonderful find! It is a home away from home!

Amazing spot for family fun

This is our second time staying at this location. This is an excellent location for a two small families with small children (that can swim). The spot is a few steps away from the beach and when the kids were tired of the sand, we came back to the private pool. Definitely one of the best places to stay on the island.

Family Beach Trip

The house was perfect for our extended family. Having the pool to enjoy and relax in was key! The home is just as it looks in pictures - spacious and comfortable . Instant response to my questions after arriving ( where is the light switch for backyard lights?👵) and we could see the fireworks from backyard !

Simply Amazing

What a terrific location and beautiful home. Everything was so close and we could walk to do anything. Just a short 5 min walk from the beach and the private pool was amazing. House was very clean and updated. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would come again.

Beautiful home, pool and location. Quick walk to great restaurants, beaches, sunrise, sunsets and the locals were very friendly and helpful. Nov being the slow time on the Island was perfect for us.

Small details count but was an overall pleasant stay!

House layout and location is great! Pool was clean and so was the house. They have a gas grill (which we were not aware of even though I did ask but again, wasn't told it was gas) but we with it was charcoal. We loved the layout of the outside and how it was covered. That was important to us while. We also enjoyed how the kitchen had all the prep utensils and cooking accessories you need. One thing we did have trouble with from the start was entering the home. We were so excited to arrive but unfortunately, the code they gave us wouldn't work. I called the number provided and the lady answered right away but even after providing us with a 2nd code, it still wouldn't work. In short, we were standing outside with our tired kids for a pretty good 15 mins when all we wanted to do was get inside after our 6 hr drive to SP. We also did notice the mold/mildew in the a/c vents and I don't think the bed sheets were changed, just beds were made from previous people who stayed and left just a few hrs before we left. :( They did have a really good amount of towels enough to last us one day (total of 6 of us that stayed) but it would have been nice to have some small laundry detergent packets to wash them after used. Hvac unit cooled very well, no issues there. Overall, the stay was pleasant and it came down to the small details.

Amazing stay!

My husband and I were searching for a long time for the right house that would fit us perfectly. We have 4 small children ages 8,6,4, and 1. I really wanted a private pool for the kids, which we found! Very home like, relaxing inside and out the house. Great area with so many things around. It was the perfect vacation before school started for the kids. Worth it!!!

Awesome Family Spot

This was an amazing property with all the amenities we needed. We spent all our day on the beach and then returned to the house, rinsed off in the outdoor shower, and jumped into the pool at night. We were even able to see the fireworks at Louie’s from the backyard! Kids loved it! I would definitely stay here again.
